Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. That's why we use props: blocks, belts, and chairs help your body find the right position no matter where you start. Most students see flexibility improvements within weeks.
What props do I need?
Just a chair and a wall for your first class. Sneha guides you on adding blocks, belts, or a wheel as you progress. Many students start with household items, no investment upfront.
I have back or knee pain, can I join?
Yes, props yoga is especially beneficial for joint issues. Props provide support so you practice without strain. Many students joined because of pain and have seen significant improvement.
How do virtual classes work?
Live on Zoom. Sneha guides each pose in real-time with personal corrections, just like being there in person. All you need is a phone, a mat, and enough space to stretch your arms.
When are the classes?
Live on Zoom, Monday to Friday, in three batches: 6–7am, 11–12pm and 5–6pm. Pick the slot that suits you best.
